Signing in
Teloneum never asks for your password inside the app. Signing in, and creating an account, both happen on the Teloneum sign-in page, which the app opens for you.
Section titled “Sign in”- Choose Sign in at the top of teloneum.ai, or open Teloneum and choose Sign in / Sign up.
- The Teloneum sign-in page opens: in the same tab on the web, in your phone’s browser on iOS and Android. It speaks the language you were reading Teloneum in.
- Enter your credentials. You are brought back to the app and land on the chat.
On iOS, the system may first ask whether the app may use the sign-in page to sign you in. That prompt comes from iOS itself; accept it to continue.
Create an account
Section titled “Create an account”Choose Try it on teloneum.ai: the form to create your account opens straight away. (From the sign-in page, the Sign up link leads to the same form.) Once your account exists, you are signed in and brought back to the app.
The first time you arrive, Teloneum asks for your company name, the name of its first project (Legal, Research, Support…), your name and, if you like, your role. You then own your company’s space on Teloneum: you create its projects, invite your colleagues and choose which models each project may use. See Your organisation.
Were you invited by a colleague? Open the link they sent you instead: create your account, or sign in, from there, and you join their company rather than creating one.
Staying signed in
Section titled “Staying signed in”Once signed in, you stay signed in: Teloneum renews your session quietly in the background, including when you come back to the app later. If it can no longer renew it - for example after a long time away - you are signed out and simply sign in again. Losing the network does not sign you out: the session picks up again once the network is back.
On the web, your session lives in the tab: reloading the page keeps it, closing the tab ends it. When you open Teloneum again, you go through the Teloneum sign-in page, which signs you back in by itself, without asking for your password again, as long as you have not signed out of it. This is deliberate: your session does not stay in the browser once the tab is closed.
On the web, opening the app when you are not signed in takes you to the Teloneum site, in the language the app speaks: sign in from there. Once you sign out, you land there too.
Sign out
Section titled “Sign out”Click your name at the bottom of the chat sidebar, then Log out. This signs you out of the app and of the Teloneum sign-in page too, so the next person to use the device cannot get back in without your password. On iOS, the system may ask the same permission as when you signed in.
