Troubleshooting
Chatting
Section titled “Chatting”“The gateway didn’t answer. Your message is back in the box.” Teloneum could not reach the model before it started answering. Nothing was saved. Wait a moment and send the message again - it is still in the box.
“Your limit is reached: you can write again at … Your message is back in the box.” You reached your session or weekly limit. The chat comes back on its own at the time shown. See Usage limits.
“No model in … yet” in the chat or the catalogue. The project offers no model yet: a new project has none until an owner or administrator of your organisation chooses its providers. If you are one, choose Choose the models and turn a provider on for the project; otherwise, ask one of them.
“No model is available to answer.” or “No model available” at the top of the chat. None of the models can answer from Teloneum right now. Open the model picker: it looks again for models that can answer, so one added since shows up. If there is still none, or every model is under Not connected, try again later, or check with the administrators of your organisation whether the models you use are still available in your project.
The send button does nothing. A conversation takes one message at a time: if an answer is still being written, wait for it or tap Stop. If a limit is reached, the notice above the box says when you can write again.
“Stopped”, “The model failed before the end of its answer.” or “Interrupted before the end of the answer.” under an answer. The answer ended early. What was written is kept. Send your message again, or ask the model to go on.
“The answer reached its maximum length before the end.” under an answer. The model wrote, or thought, as much as an answer allows, sometimes before it made the file you asked for. Ask it to continue, split the request (one part of the presentation at a time), or pick another model.
“The answer couldn’t be stopped.” Teloneum could not reach the service to stop the answer. Try Stop again; the answer ends on its own in any case.
Conversations
Section titled “Conversations”“Your chats couldn’t be loaded.” Choose Retry in the sidebar. If it keeps failing, check your connection.
“This chat couldn’t be opened.” The conversation may have been deleted, or Teloneum could not be reached. Choose Retry, or pick another conversation.
“The chat couldn’t be deleted.” Nothing was removed. Try again in a moment.
An answer seems to have disappeared after a reload. It has not: it goes on being written while you are away. Open the conversation from the sidebar and it continues from where it has got to.
The model catalogue
Section titled “The model catalogue”“The catalogue could not be loaded.” Choose Retry. If it keeps failing, try again in a moment.
“No model meets all of these criteria.” Your filters leave nothing. The message says which one to relax - usually a certification. Choose Reset the filters to start over.
“Couldn’t open …” when opening a certificate. The proof link could not be opened on your device. Try again, or from another browser.
Signing in
Section titled “Signing in”I am sent back to the start page. You are not signed in, or your session could not be renewed. Choose Sign in / Sign up and sign in again.
On iOS, a prompt asks whether the app may use a website to sign in. That prompt comes from iOS. Accept it to reach the Teloneum sign-in page, when signing in and when signing out.
